About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will:
Support the team, take charge of day-to-day operations, and help achieve performance goals while ensuring your team not only meets expectations but exceeds them. Own the operations, atmosphere, and guest experience, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?

* Keep everything running smoothly: Stay on top of the admin — from rosters to stock, ensuring the behind-the-scenes work is solid.
* Make every guest feel special: Turn first-timers into regulars with memorable experiences that keep them coming back.
