We are seeking an HR Business Partner who will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with operational and organisational priorities. You’ll partner closely with leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, organisational development, HR processes, and initiatives that support a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic and operational partner to leaders, ensuring people initiatives effectively support business goals.
* Lead and guide performance management processes, development planning, and improvement conversations.
* Work with the recruitment team to support hiring activities and explore creative approaches for attracting talent.
* Maintain and continuously improve HR administrative processes, documentation, and compliance practices.
* Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance communication, and help teams navigate organisational change.
Qualifications:
* HR or business-related background (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Experience supporting organisational change programmes.
* Background working within a matrix-structured organisation.
* CIPD qualification or comparable professional accreditation, with knowledge across talent acquisition, development, organisational design, compensation, and employment law.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience managing varied workloads and multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable using digital tools and HR systems such as Workday and time-tracking platforms like Kronos.
* Someone proactive, accountable, and confident taking ownership of processes.
