Marketing Officer
The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, part of Circle Health Group, is offering a full‑time Marketing Officer role.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Salary: up to £26,000 per year (based on experience, training and qualification). Location: Milton Keynes.
Overview
As a Marketing Officer, you will support the implementation and measurement of national and hospital marketing multi‑channel tactics and plans, including website, social media and offline activity. You will also help schedule and manage events, collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager on consultant‑specific materials, liaise with the Primary Care Liaison Manager on GP events, work with Circle Health Group’s design studio, and develop point‑of‑sale materials, among other duties.
Duties
* Support the implementation and measurement of national and hospital marketing multi‑channel tactics and plans, including website, social media and offline activity.
* Support the creation of an annual open events schedule in line with hospital growth plans and take the lead in organising and, where appropriate, attendance at the events.
* Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing consultant‑specific materials to maximise local opportunities.
* Liaise with the Primary Care Liaison Manager to support GP seminars, study days and other GP‑related events, including provision of sales tools and materials.
* Work with Circle Health Group design studio to ensure effective creative briefs and minimise wastage, complying with media production policies and branding.
* Develop point of sale materials, utilising the digital asset management system and studio templates, and manage stock levels of printed promotional materials.
* Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in implementing hospital PR and communication initiatives to develop the profile of the hospitals/consultants.
* Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Tactical marketing experience gained in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
* Experience working with third‑party agencies.
* Experience with digital marketing.
* Good influencing skills and ability to engage and manage stakeholders.
* Knowledge of marketing communications mix and promotional material development.
* Strong project management skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Teamworking skills.
