* Hours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 100% office based - own transport essential due to location
* Annual Leave: 25 days per year, rising annually after 3 years of service (up to 7 years). Bank holidays in addition. Offices close between Christmas and New Year

A well‑established financial planning practice in the Kent countryside is seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Advisor Support professional. This role is ideal for someone with Financial Services experience who enjoys a client‑facing environment and thrives in a busy, detail‑focused setting.

The Role
Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining client files and accurately updating client records
* Collating and preparing client information
* Producing illustrations, calculations, and supporting documentation
* Ensuring all new business is processed compliantly and within agreed timeframes
* Managing pipeline business from start to completion
* Liaising daily with third parties, paraplanners, and internal colleagues
* Providing day‑to‑day support to advisors, including email and phone communication, task reminders, and client liaison
* Preparing for client meetings and completing all follow‑up actions
* Producing ad hoc reports and responding to client queries
The Person
This role would suit a confident, professional individual who is highly organised and enjoys working in a client‑focused environment.
Key requirements include:
* Confidence in dealing with colleagues, clients, and third parties with complete discretion
* Financial Services experience (highly beneficial)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem‑solve effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and broader Office applications
* Strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
