Description The Opportunity: FinTech Scotland is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation for a period of 18 months to cover maternity leave within the team. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively, lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, and contribute to the coordination and execution of events and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with broader business objectives. This post is part time 21 hours per week over 5 days, but we would be willing to consider limited variation on this. Occasional pre-agreed/planned flexibility, eg for key events, and ability to accommodate occasional limited travel would be useful. We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. The salary for this post is between £39,000 to £45,000 per annum (pro-rata) and also has a generous wider benefits package. Your skills and attributes for success: Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the financial services, fintech or innovation spaces. Strong communication, collaboration, teamworking and people management skills to liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
