Our purpose built care home is situated on the woodland edge of Forres, in the beautiful countryside of Moray. We proudly offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 41 residents.
We’re looking for a special person who truly believes in bringing joy and sunshine into our residents’ lives every day. With a genuine passion for the older generation, we’re seeking someone who is sociable, creative, fun‑loving and well‑organised.
What We Offer
* £12.71 per hour
* Contracted to 28 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Plan and organise monthly rolling programmes and individual activities, encouraging residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies.
* Help residents socialise and enjoy their time in the care home through diverse activities that cater to all preferences.
* Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities.
What You’ll Bring
* Event planning skills: ability to develop and organise a range of engaging events and activities.
* Creativity and confidence: a friendly, creative, and confident personality.
* Passion for elderly care: genuine interest in working with the elderly, helping them live life to the fullest.
* Communication and teamwork: strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Actively building rapport with residents and respecting individual preferences and care needs is essential. Experience in a care home is not a prerequisite.
