What you'll be doing day to day This role will find you reporting directly to our Head of Tax performing PA duties such as diary management and day to day logistical requirements. Working closely with the Head of Tax and Tax Board, to ensure critical projects are on track and delivered on time Supporting the Head of Tax with internal meetings, producing papers and minute taking and ensuring actions are followed up Liaising with Department Heads and other colleagues on the Head of Tax’s behalf Drafting documents and reports to support the strategic and operational objectives of the Department Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Business including Operational teams to influence and achieve effective outcomes Liaising with Business Support staff across the department and wider Firm Taking an active role in building an internal network through involvement in firmwide initiatives Supporting the Head of Tax with organising and delivering Department events Managing the Tax Business Support team and supporting their development Training – You’ll be supported with on the job training in the early stages, with further technical and skills training identified and supported throughout your career via our annual development and performance review process. Please note this role will require you to occasionally travel to other offices to support the members of the Tax Business Support team.
