We are seeking a confident and commercially aware Social Media & Marketing Executive to take ownership of our social media channels while supporting the wider marketing function.
This role is predominantly social-focused, with responsibility for both organic and paid social performance. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure social activity aligns with wider brand campaigns, launches, events, and commercial objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a social specialist who wants exposure to broader marketing while remaining hands‑on and platform‑led.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media (Primary Focus)
* Lead the day‑to‑day management of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube
* Plan, create, schedule, and publish high‑quality content including posts, stories, reels, and short‑form video
* Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing priorities and campaign timelines
* Write engaging, brand‑aligned captions and social copy tailored to each platform
* Actively manage and grow social communities, responding to comments and messages where appropriate
* Identify social trends and opportunities, translating them into timely, on‑brand content
* Analyse social performance using platform insights and reporting tools, sharing clear weekly and monthly performance updates
Paid Social (Meta)
* Set up, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
* Support objectives including awareness, engagement, lead generation, bookings, and sales
* Monitor performance, test creative, optimise audiences, and improve ROI
* Work with the Marketing Manager on paid social strategy, budgets, and reporting
Marketing Support (Secondary Focus)
* Support the team with campaign planning, launches, and promotional activity
* Assist with content for email marketing, website updates, and digital campaigns where required
* Support influencer and collaboration activity, including outreach and content coordination
* Assist with event marketing and social coverage before, during, and after events
* Liaise with external suppliers where needed, including photographers, designers, and paid media partners
Reporting & Insight
* Track and report on social performance, engagement, growth, and paid results
* Use insights to inform content planning and campaign optimisation
* Support wider marketing reporting as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
* Strong working knowledge of all major social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube
* Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta
* Confident analysing performance metrics and reporting on results
* Excellent copywriting skills with a strong eye for tone, detail, and brand consistency
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong aesthetic sense and confidence working with visual content
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands
* Exposure to wider digital marketing channels including email, website content, or campaign planning
* Experience supporting influencer marketing or events
