The Role
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
4. Work closely with teaching staff to provide personalised support to pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
5. Build positive, trusting relationships that foster pupil confidence, engagement, and independence.
6. Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can succeed.
7. One to one or small group support
