What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher status (QTS) with a big heart and a passion for SEND education.
* Experience teaching or supporting students with SEMH or SEND difficulties.
* Someone who is resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this unique role.
* Managing potential challenges, including emotional or behavioural difficulties, with patience and resilience.
