Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Central London & Sutton Mobile South Equans is looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Corporate Sector - Mobile South team. This is a great opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of client sites, delivering high-quality HVAC maintenance in a professional, safety-focused environment. The Role Reporting to the Technical A/C Manager, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, as well as reactive breakdown support, across multiple customer sites. You will play a key role in building strong working relationships with clients and ensuring service delivery meets contractual and professional standards. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00Occasional late shifts and weekend work (additional shift allowance paid)Participation in an on-call rotaMobile role covering Central London and Sutton Key Responsibilities Deliver HVAC planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safelyEnsure all works are completed in line with service agreementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer representativesAccurately record works using a CAFM systemWork collaboratively with colleagues and wider contract teamsMaintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance About You You will be a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in facilities management and mobile service delivery. Essential: Apprenticeship in Air Conditioning or RefrigerationCity & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & RefrigerationMinimum 5 years' post-qualification experienceProven experience in a similar mobile engineering roleExperience using a CAFM systemStrong teamwork and customer-focused approachGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word and OutlookSolid track record within Facilities Management Desirable: PASMA and IPAFIET 18th EditionBroader technical HVAC exposure Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
