This opportunity requires you to be on-site in our Bournemouth office 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career aspirations
* Building strong networks through calls, referrals, and digital sourcing
* Matching top talent to some of the best opportunities across Fintech
* Supporting consultants with high-quality candidate pipelines for live roles
* Learning the full recruitment lifecycle with a path carved to grow into a Consultant role
What We’re Looking For
* A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
* A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
* Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment

* £28,000 base salary with OTE £36,000
