We have an exciting new opportunity available working with our young service user within in his own home in Blackpool supporting with his complex care needs.
Part Time Permanent contracts are available for this position

Meet our service user
Our service user is a 5-year-old boy who lives with his loving family in Blackpool and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs on a 1:1and 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.
He loves the interaction and engagement with his family and care team, listening to rock music and exploring his favourite toys especially his musical bells. Our young service user thrives on love and care, creating a profound connection with those around him.
Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care needs, moving and handling, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will engage with his play, following his interests ensuring he feels comfortable to explore, learn, and thrive.
Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

14. 2:00pm - 6:00pm: Monday- Friday
15. 2:00pm – 9:00pm: Saturdays
16. Nights: 10:00pm- 8:00am
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £16.00 per hour (Approx. £64.00 per 4-hour shift)
Weeknights: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £165.00 per 10-hour shift)
Weekends: £17.00 per hour (Approx. £119.00 per 7-hour shift)
Bank holidays: £20.00 per hour (Approx. £200 per 10-hour shift)
