An exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead all aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment. This role focuses on driving performance across service, parts and customer support, ensuring profitability, efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the aftersales team to achieve performance targets
Set and implement annual plans for profitability and productivity
Monitor KPIs and take corrective action where required
Manage departmental budgets, overheads and cost control
Implement pricing, warranty and customer service policies
Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key stakeholders
Oversee management accounts and monthly performance reviews
Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Recruit, structure and develop department staffRequirements:
Proven experience managing aftersales operations within a dealership
Strong financial and commercial awareness
Experience with budget planning and performance management
Knowledge of manufacturer standards and automotive industry practices
Strong leadership and team development skills
Organised, proactive and results-driven
