Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for acquiring the most qualified employees to meet the staffing needs of the Organization. Develops new strategies and programs to attract both qualified internal and external candidates to open positions and ensures a constant pipeline of qualified candidates are available for interviewing. This position works closely with the functional management teams on determining candidate profiles, curating recruiting plans, and customizing skill and testing requirements in order to bring the best talent to the company. The TAS II / TAS III works with TA Leadership to develop new and progressive strategies to attract both qualified internal and external candidates to open positions for the team. The position also supports thought leadership, continuous process improvement, and promoting an effective work environment. Serves as mentor to those entering TA team in more junior roles.
