Extra Care Scheme Manager required for one of the largest domiciliary & care providers in the UK. Based in Liskeard, PL14. Salary: £32,966 + Benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activity and grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to users.
* Ensure the branch has the correct number of suitably qualified care workers to meet service demands.
* Maintain care work to the required standard and ensure processes are followed, correctly controlled and documented.
* Be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Requirements / Skills
You should be an efficient, organised and experienced Care Manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group\'s range of services. You will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
