Vacancy: HR Advisor (Recruitment) – 37.5 hours per week
This is a temporary, full-time position closing in 17 days at 23:59 BST. The role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, with a potential to become permanent and hybrid working options (2 days a week) upon passing probation.
Salary: Starting at £28,826 per annum, with progression opportunities up to £31,819 based on competency.
About the Role
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment? Join our small, friendly team to provide a generalist HR service, including recruitment, employee relations, and terms and conditions. You will work closely with managers to promote best practices and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in data systems and analytics, as we are currently reviewing our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide HR advice on employee relations, policies, and procedures.
2. Represent HR at formal meetings, including flexible working and absence management.
3. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
4. Develop sourcing methods to attract top talent.
5. Analyze recruitment data to inform campaigns.
6. Manage recruitment databases and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Maintain relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor, especially in recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and offers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
* CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
