My client is on the lookout for a talented Lettings Negotiator to join their team. You will ideally have some experience in lettings and be looking to take on further responsibilities such as valuations and take ons.
Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve a quality level of service at all times
* Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a positive, professional manner
* Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
* Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
* Learn and take over the lettings valuations for the branch, delivering fresh, quality stock and new landlords to the existing business.
* Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
* Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role (or similar) is advantageous
* Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
* Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* A full driving license & access to a vehicle
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
