1. Have experience throughout the primary school age range
2. Have experience of supporting the delivery of phonics, reading and experience of Read, Write, Inc is desirable
3. Have high expectations, with the commitment and drive to raise standards
4. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Have a willingness to lead and support pupils in a group
6. A caring and reflective practitioner
7. A team player who is supportive of the school’s Christian ethos
8. Highly motivated and resilient
9. Good subject knowledge in Maths and English (GCSE equivalent A-C)
