Roleoverview
We are looking for aJunior Community Manager with a passion for social media to joinour team in London. Reporting to the Social Media Manager you willcollaborate with the Social Media team to deliver a socialfirststrategy for some major brand accounts.
Weoperate a hybrid remote model and expect one or two days of officepresence per week.
As a JuniorCommunity Manager at ELVIS youwill:
* Work across ourleading brands social media accounts.
* Lead thedaily moderation and community management of the channelsidentifying issues that require escalation and creativeopportunities for our brands.
* Work with theSocial Media team to deliver socialfirst thinking and capitalise onopportunities to engage with ourconsumers.
Youllbring:
* At least oneyears experience in communitymanagement.
* Experience in managing social mediachannels.
* Understanding of social media accountsetup and functionality.
* Experience in postingon nonpersonal (brand/business)accounts.
* Excellent written (including spellingand grammar) and verbal communicationskills.
* Experience in following processes andmanaging workload effectively.
* Strong teamplayer.
