Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Accountant will be a key member of the UK finance team, supporting statutory and management reporting, financial controls, and compliance for the UK entities. This role offers excellent exposure to international accounting standards and group-level reporting, with opportunities for progression in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for UK entities
* Lead preparation of annual statutory accounts under
* Support consolidation and reporting for EMEA/Global finance teams
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
* Liaise with external auditors and coordinate year-end audit activities
* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Develop and improve finance processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy
* Mentor junior finance staff and contribute to team development
Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* 1–2+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting or audit
* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel
* High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commercial acumen
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
