Working Days:
As a Sales Progressor, you will be required to work Monday to Friday
As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for:
6. Progressing sales from ‘offer agreed’ to ‘completion’
7. Guide clients throughout the progress of the sales
8. Provide excellent customer service
9. Work with fellow sales progressors as a team
10. Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
11. Communicate via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
12. Work to milestones and deadlines
13. Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
14. Renegotiate sales when required
15. Chase paperwork, enquires and contracts
16. Work to a target of pipeline conversion
17. Organise completion dates between parties and branches
18. Report weekly on activity on sales
