The individuals will work as part of an established team to provide high quality care and support within a residential care setting. Responsibilities
* Personal Care Duties
* Moving and Handling, using equipment where required
* Meal Preparation
* Assistance with medication (as per the Authority’s Medication Policy)
* Taking direction from visiting professionals (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, GP, District Nurse etc.)
All care staff will be expected to work towards a QCF Level 2 for registration purposes if not already achieved.
Qualifications
Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
