* Plan and facilitate structured requirements workshops to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
* Collaborate with solution architects, product leads, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and solution designs meet business needs.
* Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear Gherkin-based acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps. Baseline and track requirements, ensuring stakeholders understand and sign off on what will be delivered.
* Produce and maintain documentation such as As-Is / To-Be process flows, story maps, wireframes, user flows, and data/process diagrams as required.
* Support system and business testing by defining acceptance criteria, validating test coverage, and supporting traceability from requirements to testing outcomes.
* Support business acceptance by drafting UAT approaches/plans and coordinating UAT execution with business users.
* Support rollout by contributing to training materials and delivering user training where required.
* Ensure documentation meets agreed Alloga standards and is managed in a structured, auditable way.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across the BA community and ways of working.

* Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, ideally using Gherkin.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
