Mechanical EngineerContract: Temp to PermLocation: Doncaster, DN12Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOEhours: 40 Hours Per Week | Early Finish FridaysMonday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 & Friday: 08:00 - 14:00Our client, a well-established and internationally recognised engineering business based in Doncaster, is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to secure a long-term position within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.The RoleWorking primarily from the workshop facility in Old Denaby, you will be involved in the build, testing, installation, and commissioning of specialist machinery and equipment.Duties will include:Mechanical build and assembly of industrial machineryAssisting with mechanical design inputPneumatic design and panel/machine build workSmall fabrication duties including welding, burning, and drillingMachine testing and fault findingInstallation and commissioning work both in the UK and overseasCandidate RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:Strong mechanical engineering and pneumatics experienceKnowledge of transmission drive assembliesExperience working with structural assembliesBasic hydraulic and electrical knowledge (desirable)A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skillsFlexibility to travel nationally and internationally when requiredQualificationsBTEC Mechanical Engineering to HNC level or equivalentInternational travel may be required for approximately 6 weeks per year, depending on project locations.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected engineering company offering long-term career prospects following a successful temporary period.To apply, please submit your CV today for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
