At Invicta TCG Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers of Japanese Pokémon TCG stock, we're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and support our wholesale partners and retail customers.
What you'll do:
· Be the first point of contact for wholesale and retail inquiries (phone, email, CRM).
· Provide support on orders, stock availability, delivery updates, and returns.
· Accurately log and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.
· Work with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure smooth resolutions.
· Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership until completion.
· Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
What we're looking for:
· Previous experience in customer service or wholesale account support.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
· A professional, patient, and proactive approach.
· Knowledge of trading card games (Pokémon TCG experience is a bonus).
· Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of Xero Accounting software is desirable.
