About the Role
As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will answer the phone, handle files and support managers. You will greet visitors, engage with residents, and give prospective clients and their families tours to showcase our unique approach. Your work will help create a vibrant and happy environment for everyone.
About You
You should be able to multi‑task, have good computer skills and a confident telephone manner. Being a people person who genuinely cares about residents and their families is essential. We offer training to build your confidence across all responsibilities.
