As a Branch Supervisor based in Stratford Upon Avon, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
2. Supervise and support branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
4. Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
5. General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders.
6. Branch merchandising.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between - and Saturday on a rota basis -
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Supervisor...
7. Previous industry or merchant experience would be desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
8. Prior supervisory experience in a retail customer service environment
9. Willingness to learn and collaborate within a small team environment and step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence.
10. Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
11. Proven sales skills.
