If you're a natural problem solver with a passion for juggling tasks and talking to people, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re on the hunt for a confident, detail-driven Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic Service Delivery team. This role is at the heart of everything my client does – making sure engineers are where they need to be, jobs are booked in seamlessly, and clients stay informed and happy. Forget filing papers and waiting for emails. This is hands-on, fast-moving service and project administration – where you’ll be coordinating schedules, talking to customers, and ensuring every service job is set up for success. What You’ll Be Doing: * Own the job booking process – schedule, track and update site visits from first call to job completion * Liaise with clients – manage incoming calls and queries, keeping customers updated and informed with professionalism and care * Support project delivery – help prepare small works quotes and stay on top of ongoing or upcoming projects * Stay on top of stock – manage storeroom levels and liaise with finance for regular stock checks and orders * Help streamline scheduling, reporting, and admin processes to make things easier for everyone * Be a go-to contact – for visitors, deliveries, service queries, and everything in between What We’re Looking For: * Experience in Customer Service Administration, Service/Site Coordination, or Business Operations Support * Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities * A confident communicator who’s great on the phone and calm under pressure * Customer-focused and solution-oriented – always looking to help * Comfortable with systems and tools – especially scheduling or reporting platforms (bonus points if you’ve used them in a similar role) Why Apply: * Be a key player in a high-performing, supportive team * Work in a role where your attention to detail and organisation really matters * Competitive salary and real opportunities to grow If you’re ready to take on a busy, varied, and rewarding admin role where no two days are the same – hit ‘Apply’ now or give us a call to learn more.
