SEN Teaching Assistant – North Liverpool

What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
* Strong understanding of SEND, including autism, SEMH, and medical needs
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach to learning
Your Role:
* Support pupils with a range of SEND needs across KS2–KS4
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions
* Help pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and liaise with external professionals
* Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in every child
