Overview
Quectel is global IoT technology developer and supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA (+) and GNSS modules.
Experience in embedded software design (hardware design experience is good to have). Experience in IoT applications and protocols such as MQTT, CoAP etc. Experience working with cellular modules and wireless modules like WIFI/BT (hands-on experience). Experience in developing applications and firmware in C/C++ on Linux and RTOS embedded systems. Familiar with USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP/IP processing etc.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain embedded software for IoT modules and applications.
* Collaborate with hardware teams on module integration and validation.
* Work with IoT protocols and networking stacks (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, TCP/IP).
* Develop and test firmware in C/C++ on Linux and RTOS embedded systems.
* Implement USB drivers, AT command interfaces, SMS/Voice features as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in embedded software design; hardware design experience is a plus.
* Experience in IoT applications and protocols (MQTT, CoAP, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with cellular and wireless modules (WiFi/Bluetooth).
* Proficient in C/C++ for Linux and RTOS embedded systems.
* Familiar with USB drivers, AT commands, SMS, voice, TCP/IP processing.
