The Assessment Services Adviser is a fast paced and varied role that sits at the centre of our service delivery. You will coordinate activity between field-based Assessors, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
This role combines customer service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Success requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone and live chat promptly ensuring accurate information is provided and the customer’s enquiry is resolved professionally or where necessary directed to the appropriate department.
* Manage Assessor diaries to improve efficiency and reduce client lead times
* Accurately process referrals for DSE assessments on the relevant systems
* Schedule appointments in line with agreed SLAs, maximising time and ensuring cost effectiveness
* Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their enquiry
* Promptly respond to enquiries from Assessors and Account Managers, finding a resolution or where appropriate directing their enquiry to the relevant department or escalating as needed
* Support report related queries while ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements
* Liaise with other internal departments as required to ensure any appropriate information is communicated to customers and field management.
* Follow policies and procedures consistently and diligently, reporting any breach in line with company processes
