This includes a Mental Health Crisis Prevention & Outreach Service, and a Housing & Social Support Navigation service. This role involves shift work including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but does not involve working at night after 10:30pm What you'll do: Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere Appropriately using the lens of their lived experience to provide boundaried and effective support to people facing similar challenges.
