Are you an experienced HR Systems Project Manager ready to support global technology initiatives? We’re looking for a Global People Technology Project Manager to join our team and support on the delivery of innovative, people-focused solutions at both regional and global levels.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR technology enhancement and expansion projects.
* Manage full project lifecycles—from planning and design to delivery, change, and release management.
* Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.
* Champion user adoption and continuous improvement through effective change management.
* Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate contributions from multiple teams to ensure project success.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing HR technology projects, ideally with SaaS platforms such as Oracle (preferred), Workday, or SAP.
* A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects across regions.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and people technology process design.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, MS Project).
* Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and global teams.
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive results.
