The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunal litigation, HR advisory support, restructures, TUPE, corporate transactions, and senior executive matters.
The Role:
* Managing a varied employment caseload
* Advising HR teams on day-to-day employment issues
* Supporting on restructures, redundancies and TUPE
* Handling tribunal claims and executive matters
* Supervising junior team members
* Contributing to business development and client growth
