Weekend Catering Assistant – Sodexo
Location: Diageo, Leven Banbeath Industrial Estate, Leven, Fife, Scotland
Working Hours: 10 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am – 12:00 noon)
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Contract Type: Permanent
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team at Diageo Leven, delivering a first-class catering service in a busy, fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a team where quality and customer care come first, this could be the role for you.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent front-of-house service to all customers and guests.
* Assist in food and beverage preparation, maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Operate tills and vending machines (full training provided).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth running of catering operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a catering or customer service environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
* A proactive and positive attitude with good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and reliable, particularly at weekends.
