Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs
6. Help implement personalised behaviour and emotional support strategies
7. Support classroom teachers in managing challenging behaviour and promoting engagement
8. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
9. Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and external professionals
10. Monitor and report on student progress and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
11. Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEMH or behavioural support setting or working with vulnerable people, potentially in a healthcare setting
12. Strongmunication, empathy, and resilience
13. A calm, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting students withplex needs
