Shifts Available:
Days: Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Waking Nights: Monday to Sunday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Support Ratio: 2:1 care
We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Lincoln, supporting a vibrant individual with Autism, ADHD, and mental health needs.
This person has full mental capacity and leads an active lifestyle. They enjoy being out in the community, during the day and during the night.They are passionate about animals and currently volunteer with a local animal organisation.
Applicants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and consistent emotional support
Build and maintain therapeutic, respectful relationships
Encourage community involvement, including volunteering and potential college attendance
Support with budgeting, finances, and maintaining a tidy home environment
Promote positive mental health and provide support around self-harm risks
Use de-escalation and distraction techniques as needed
Support the individual to make informed decisions while respecting their autonomy
Engage in meaningful activities, both during the day and night
