Job Description
Earthborne, Inc is seeking a Parts, Service, Sales, & Rentals Representative at our Felton, DE location. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to solve customer problems, build strong relationships, and generate consistent revenue.
The sales territory includes counties in Delaware and parts of Maryland. The primary responsibilities include promoting our core values, parts and service sales, rentals, and generating equipment leads among contractors, landscapers, and construction-related businesses. Candidates should possess customer service and sales skills, equipment knowledge, and a commitment to the role.
Job Overview
1. Schedule appointments, work in various territories daily, and follow up on PSSR opportunities, while maintaining current customers.
2. Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships to ensure continuous revenue growth.
3. Become a solutions expert, selling products and services that demonstrate expertise and support for customers.
4. Work independently, maintain a CRM daily, and attend all sales calls and meetings, reporting to the Branch Manager.
* Excellent listening skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, are essential.
* Must be innovative, creative, and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet customer demands.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license.
* Non-CDL, DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one.
* Strong PC skills, self-motivated to develop skills, and adaptable to new technology.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Team player capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
