Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements: Desirable
