Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager - National. The role primarily focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, delivering continuously improved field standards, and adhering to compliance and company operating procedures.
This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise, report, and support the leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
2. Ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained to the highest standards
3. Auditing the field team
4. Conducting field visits in line with company expectations
5. Providing constructive feedback, challenging poor practices, and reporting performance issues to Commercial Business Managers
6. Offering coaching, training, and onboarding for new starters
7. Building relationships with the field team and customers
8. Driving sales within the field teams
9. Effective time management
10. Completing and submitting reports
11. Exhibiting excellent communication skills
Key requirements:
* Strong personal integrity with sound judgment and influencing skills
* Willingness to travel nationally, with approximately 4 days in the field per week
* Experience managing field sales teams
* Interpersonal and influencing skills to develop strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
* Self-starter able to manage workload independently
* Team player with collaborative skills
* Robust, determined, and willing to go the extra mile
* Ability to handle and resolve conflicts confidently
* Excellent personal presentation skills
* Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous
* Education up to GCSE level
* Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with field sales teams
* Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, Email)
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Remuneration:
* Competitive annual salary with an end-of-year bonus
* OTE £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
