Creative Support is a not‑for‑profit organisation providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to older people and clients with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual’s needs and encourages independence and community engagement.
Role responsibilities
* Assess quality of the services delivered, focusing on 6 extra care and 2 supported living services in Brent and Harrow, and identify areas for further development and quality improvement.
* Ensure 100 % CQC compliance in all relevant areas, leading robust monitoring and ensuring compliance across our extra care and supported living services.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, and support services in other areas of London as required.
* Coach staff and analyse complex evidence to improve practice, acting as a champion for innovative, person‑centred care.
Qualifications and experience
* Direct experience coordinating quality improvement or turnaround programmes.
* Strong auditing background in care or a similar field.
* Highly organised, proactive and reliable with an excellent eye for detail.
* Ability to lead monitoring, coach staff and drive person‑centred care enhancements.
