What you'll do (multi-position)
* Front of House: greet guests, take orders, serve food/drink, handle payments, clear tables, keep the floor tidy.
* Kitchen Hand / BOH: basic prep, pot wash, receive/rotate stock, maintain cleaning standards, support the chef during service, end-of-shift clean-down.
What we're looking for
* Café/restaurant FOH or kitchen experience preferred (pot wash/prep/waiting).
* Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
* Calm, organised, reliable; comfortable switching tasks as needed.
* Good hygiene standards; allergen awareness and basic food safety (training provided).
* Able to work the stated time windows and occasional shifts at the nearby site.
Nice to have
* Barista or till experience.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willing to obtain).
* Local knowledge and a can-do attitude.
