Overview

Qualifications and what we’re looking for
We would love to hear from people who are flexible, supportive team players with excellent communication skills and strong professional curiosity. You will bring enthusiasm, a positive ‘can do’ approach, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people who use services, even in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
You will be well suited to this role if you have experience in adult social care, quality assurance, provider oversight or a related setting, and are confident producing clear written reports, working collaboratively with others, and supporting improvement in a constructive and professional way.
About the team
We are part of the Adult Safeguarding & Community Safety Directorate. Our team is led by a supportive Team Manager and made up of experienced Care Quality Officers who are passionate about making a difference, alongside support from our team administrator. We work closely together, value each other’s strengths, and share a real commitment to improving care quality. Through strong partnerships and a collaborative approach, we help providers deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.
