Looking to step up in your career as a Teaching Assistant? We’re recruiting a confident, capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to lead learning and support across KS1 and KS2.
Your role will include:
1. Delivering planned lessons and interventions in the teacher’s absence
2. Supporting curriculum development and classroom management
3. Mentoring other support staff
Requirements:
4. HLTA status or equivalent experience
5. Proven track record supporting primary-aged children
6. Strong literacy, numeracy, and interpersonal skills
