What We’re Looking For Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent qualification. Experience working with children and young people, particularly supporting challenging behaviour. Competence to lead shifts and provide guidance to other staff when needed. Good understanding of safeguarding policies, procedures, and best practice. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, including those with challenging behaviours.
