AsaAdministration Assistant in our warddepartment at ourhospital,you’reable to manage, appraise and interpret the data.What’smore, you know how to present this ina timelyand professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but thisisn’tessential.
As an Administration Assistant on ourWard department, you will:
1. Handle enquiries and general queries
2. Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
3. Maintain databases
4. Providea range of secretarial services, including minute taking and diary management.
5. Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
