Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 -Flexibility required
Pension Contribution: 3% company contribution
Airside Requirements:
To work airside at international airports, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Five continuous years of satisfactory references for an airside pass.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Clear criminal records check (dated within the last 10 weeks, cost covered by the employer)About Us:

Your Mission:
As a Training & Development Manager, your primary goal will be to equip the staff with the skills and motivation they need to excel in their roles. You will take a strategic approach to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training packages, and deliver engaging training sessions.
What You Will Do:
Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
Design, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options
Produce training materials for in-house courses - plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets
Develop effective training for new staff, trainees - monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
To ensure that each department of the company performs its role for the culmination of the project of its responsibility on daily basis.
To identify inefficient processes on circumstantial basis.
To expose deficiencies in the procedures on circumstantial basis.
To comply with the Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules and procedures
To wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when working at site on ad hoc basis Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments

Who You Are:
Education: University degree in Engineering (Electrical/Industrial/Civil Engineering or similar).
Experience: Training or development role, preferably within the airport sector.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of our products, along with relevant regulations and laws.
