Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator
* Qualify applicants, identify their needs, and present suitable properties
* Create opportunities by proactively making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
* Cross‑sell between JOHNS & CO branches and New Homes offerings
* Collaborate within the team to ensure annual targets are met
* Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
* Deliver a very high level of customer service to all clients
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in residential sales with a demonstrable track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
* Knowledge of the London property market
* Proactive and tenacious
* Target‑driven and able to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers, and sales)
* Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
* Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
* Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
