You’ll be joining a close-knit and supportive kitchen team with a strong reputation for quality food, positive culture, and excellent standards. The kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal produce with all dishes prepared in-house. This role would suit a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced fresh food environment and wants to learn from a great teacher and progress in their career. This is an independently owned venue where the owners are heavily invested in both the team and the kitchen. New ideas are welcomed, equipment investment is prioritised, and chefs are encouraged to contribute to specials and menu development.
